Room Control Systems
A room control system allows you to integrate the equipment
in your room so you can control a variety of peripheral devices
from one user-friendly touch-screen. For example, if you’re delivering
a presentation, you can touch the screen to dim the room lights,
increase the volume on the sound system, switch inputs on the
projector from computer to video as required and play a video
or DVD all without moving from the presentation lectern or interactive

controllers, full colour touch-screens, and modular switching
equipment designed to give the user one simple interface to control
all of the various components found in a typical auditorium,

Interactive Whiteboards
Interactive whiteboards are used with a computer and
projector to create a large touch-screen display allowing meetings
to be interactive and collaborative. Audience members can view
and interact with any programs accessed from the computer,
using their fingers as the mouse. Additional software programs

Multimedia Cabinets
If your staff struggle with portable projection equipment, you
may want to consider purchasing a “CINQ” mobile multimedia
cabinet to store and access your peripherals. In
many companies, multimedia equipment is under-utilised because
people don’t have time to set up and configure each piece of
equipment. A “CINQ” mobile multimedia cabinet comes
pre-configured with the necessary wires and cables, so all you
have to do is connect it to power and it’s ready to go.
The projector, sound system and on board DVD/VCR are all operated
by a single, user-friendly control panel. Fix a PC inside
or just connect your laptop, either is possible as the cabinet

Coaching staff needed to be able to review footage from the extensive and growing library of VHS tapes, DVDs and digitally stored footage, both locally in their individual offices, and for review in group situations in areas such as the Learning Centre, Match Committee Room or Boardroom. The larger facilities not only needed to access the media library, they also needed large screen presentation technology for group viewing and analysis. |

| Our solution |
Whilst the digitally stored files could simply be viewed across the computer network, how would the library of analogue material best be widely viewed? We installed a Video Commander system, which allowed for 8 x DVD/VCRs and DVD Recorders to be installed in the AV Control Room, with coach’s having the ability to control playback of those machines to local monitors within each office. Further, the larger rooms were set up with full video projection and room control equipment, all operated by user-friendly LCD control panels. |
